Vegetable Fried RiceIngredients for preparing Vegetable Fried Rice

  • Rice: cooked  -  2  cups
  • Ginger: chopped  -  1  tbsp
  • Garlic: chopped  -  1 tbsp
  • 1/2 cup Green Peas  -   ¼  cup
  • Green Beans: chopped  -  ¼  cup
  • Carrots: chopped  -  ¼  cup
  • Spring Onion: chopped  -  ¼  cup
  • Soya Sauce   -  2  tbsp
  • Pepper Powder  –  1  tsp
  • Chilli Sauce  -  1  tbsp
  • Sesame Oil   -  1  tbsp

Steps for preparing Vegetable Fried Rice

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large wok, add chopped ginger and garlic and sauté well till the raw smell disappears.
  2. Then add spring onion and stir fry for a few minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables and saute them on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder, stir to combine. Now add the cooked rice and combine well.
  4. Finally toss the rice with chilli sauce and soya sauce and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with Gobi Manjurian or any desired curry.
